Why ranges and not fixed prices?

Because every engagement is scoped. The discovery call always produces a fixed quote you can sign — the ranges here exist so you know whether we’re in your budget before you book the call.

Do you charge for the assessment?

No. The 30-minute discovery call and the written follow-up are free. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you on the call and recommend who is.

What payment terms do you use?

Projects: 50% on signature, 50% on delivery. Fractional engagements: monthly in advance. Net 14. We accept ACH, wire, and credit card via Stripe for invoices under USD 25K.

Do you take equity instead of cash?

No. We’re a service business, not a venture. We do offer pilot-rate discounts (10–20%) for early-stage businesses with a clear path to a paid engagement.

What’s your refund policy?

Every engagement has written exit criteria. If we miss them at the agreed checkpoint, you get a refund of the unspent portion — no negotiation. This has happened twice in 15 years.

Can you work with our existing partners?

Yes — happily. Most of our engagements run alongside an existing IT MSP or systems integrator. We bring the AI specialism; they keep the keys to the broader estate.
