Microsoft Copilot + Power Platform consulting
Activate the AI you already pay for.
Most SMBs are already sitting on enough Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Azure AI entitlements to transform a department — they just haven't turned the lights on. We help you turn them on, and prove the ROI.

The honest baseline
Where Microsoft AI investment usually leaks
We've audited dozens of SMB Microsoft tenants. The pattern is the same almost every time.
- 60-80% of Microsoft 365 Copilot seats are activated but used <2× per week.
- Most Power Automate flows shipped in 2023-24 don't use any AI Builder action.
- Azure OpenAI subscriptions sit attached to test resource groups, racking up $0 of usage but $0 of value too.
- SharePoint, Dynamics and Outlook data are the biggest unindexed AI assets in most SMBs.
The fix is rarely "buy more licences." It's almost always activate, train, measure — in that order, with someone who's done it before.
The stack
The Microsoft AI surface we cover
From Copilot in Excel to custom Azure AI agents on your tenant. One team, one delivery model.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint. Persona-led training, prompt libraries, and adoption telemetry so the licence pays back inside 90 days.
Copilot Studio
Custom copilots grounded on SharePoint, websites or APIs. Built for non-technical owners — your ops lead can iterate after handover.
Power Automate + AI Builder
Email triage, document extraction, approval routing, and invoice processing. We retire the manual workflows your team complains about every week.
Azure AI Studio / Azure OpenAI
Production-grade RAG, agents, and fine-tuning when off-the-shelf Copilot isn't enough. Private endpoints, your tenant, your data.
SharePoint Premium + Syntex
Document intelligence, autoclassification, and metadata generation across SharePoint libraries you already own — turning passive archives into searchable assets.
Purview + governance
Sensitivity labels, DLP, and Copilot data boundary configuration. So the productivity gain doesn't come back as a compliance incident.
Engagements
Three ways to start with Microsoft AI
Fixed scope. Weekly demos. No discovery-phase theatre.
Microsoft Stack Audit
A 1-week diagnostic of every Microsoft licence you own. Output: a map of activated AI capabilities, unused entitlements, and a prioritised activation backlog.
- Licence + usage telemetry pull
- Activated vs. dormant capability map
- Quick-win backlog scored by ROI
- Optional executive readout
Copilot Rollout Pilot
4-6 week pilot for 25-100 Microsoft 365 Copilot users. Persona-led training, prompt library, adoption dashboard, and 30/60/90 day measurement.
- 3 persona-based training tracks
- Prompt + scenario library
- Adoption + value telemetry dashboard
- Executive readout at week 4
Custom Copilot Build
6-10 week build of a domain-specific copilot — knowledge agent, sales agent, ops agent — grounded on your SharePoint, Dynamics, or APIs.
- Copilot Studio or Azure AI Studio build
- Grounded on your data sources
- Eval harness + safety guardrails
- Production handover + admin training
How we work
What makes our Copilot rollouts actually stick
Most failed Microsoft Copilot rollouts share a single root cause: they were treated as a licence-deployment project instead of a behaviour-change project. Pushing a Copilot button into 300 Outlook clients is the easy day. Getting 300 people to actually use it — and getting their managers to measure the lift — is where the work lives.
We start every Copilot engagement by identifying the three or four personas whose work would change most if Copilot worked perfectly: usually a sales lead, an operations manager, a finance analyst, and an executive assistant. We build a tailored prompt library and scenario set for each. Generic "try these 10 prompts" training is what produces the "Copilot didn't really help me" survey response three months in.
Then we wire up adoption telemetry — Microsoft's Copilot Dashboard, Power BI usage reports, and a custom value-realisation board. By week 4 you can see, by team and by persona, exactly where Copilot is creating hours back and where it's not — and react to that signal before renewal.
Past the pilot, the highest-ROI move is almost always Copilot Studio + Power Automate AI Builder: stitching the Copilots into your real business processes. Knowledge agents on SharePoint that answer policy questions. Document agents that pull line-items out of incoming invoices. Approval flows that draft their own responses. This is where the productivity story stops being a vibes-based survey and starts being a P&L line item.
Finally, when a workflow demands something beyond off-the-shelf Copilot — a sales agent that lives in your CRM, a compliance copilot trained on your internal policy corpus — we move up the stack to Azure AI Studio: production-grade RAG, agents and evals, deployed inside your own Azure tenant with private networking, so you keep the data, the IP and the cost meter.
The whole arc — audit → pilot → activation → custom build → ongoing advisory — runs inside the Microsoft ecosystem you already pay for. Almost nothing in it requires you to sign a new vendor.
FAQ
Common questions on Microsoft Copilot consulting
We already paid for Microsoft 365 Copilot. Why do we need consulting?
Activating the licence is the easy part — and it's also where 80% of organisations stop. Real ROI comes from persona-led training, a prompt library tailored to your workflows, and an adoption measurement loop. Without those, Copilot becomes a $360/user/year line item nobody can defend at renewal.
Do you only work with Microsoft tools?
We specialise in Microsoft because most SMBs already own the licences. But if you're hybrid — Salesforce + Microsoft, Google + Azure, AWS underneath — we work with that. The Microsoft stack is our deepest expertise, not our religion.
How long does a Copilot rollout take?
Pilots run 4-6 weeks (25-100 users). Full org rollouts (300-500 users) run 8-12 weeks. We measure adoption telemetry every week, so you see the curve, not a final slide deck.
Will Copilot leak our data?
Microsoft 365 Copilot honours existing SharePoint and OneDrive permissions — so the question is whether your data was over-shared before Copilot arrived. Most organisations need a Purview / labels / DLP pass before a wide rollout. We handle that as part of every engagement.
Can you also build agents on Azure OpenAI?
Yes. When off-the-shelf Copilot or Copilot Studio isn't enough, we build agents directly on Azure AI Studio — RAG, function-calling, evals, private endpoints, the lot. Usually deployed into your tenant so the data and the cost stay yours.
