Free AI resources for 30–300 person businesses
Every interactive tool, template and reference framework we publish, on one page. All free. All built from real SMB engagements — not vendor decks.
Honest format labels: Interactive means a live wizard, Template means copy-paste, Reference framework and In-post checklist are long-form pages with the artefact outlined inside. We don’t gate everything behind PDF downloads.

Are we a fit? — 5-question buyer triage
Single page · ~5 minutes · for First-time visitors weighing whether to talk to us
The honest fit triage — where we add disproportionate value, where we don't, and the 5 questions that decide it. Designed to disqualify badly-fit prospects in their own interest.
- Five "go / no-go" questions across stage, stack, governance, geography, urgency
- Three "you should call us" patterns and three "you should call someone else"
- Direct links to the right starting point per answer
What you won’t find here
We deliberately don’t publish certain things, and we’d rather tell you why than have you hunt for them:
- No 80-page “ultimate guides”. The frameworks here are deliberately short — they get used because they fit on a page or two.
- No editable Word / Excel downloads (yet). The governance pack and JD template are full-text inside the posts so they’re indexed, citable and updatable in one place. We hand clients the editable versions inside an engagement.
- No fake gating. Only the readiness assessment asks for an email — because it produces a personalised report we have to send back. Everything else is open.
Not sure which one to start with?
Take the 4-minute assessment. The scored output will tell you which of the other resources is the right next read for your stack and governance posture.
