Replace five SaaS tools with the
Microsoft AI stack you already own.
Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder and Copilot Studio consulting for 30–300 person businesses. We activate the low-code AI capabilities sitting inside your Microsoft 365 and Power Platform licences — and consolidate the Zapier, Airtable and chatbot bills you can stop paying.
Sound familiar?
Five signals you're leaving Power Platform money on the table
- Your team is paying for Zapier, Make, n8n AND has a Power Automate licence sitting unused.
- A spreadsheet is the system of record for a process that needs an actual app.
- Your salespeople copy-paste between Outlook, the CRM and a SharePoint list six times a day.
- You bought AI Builder credits and they’re expiring this quarter.
- Every department head has built their own Excel-and-Outlook process that breaks when they’re on PTO.
The stack
Six pieces of the Power Platform we deploy day-in, day-out
Workflow automation
Power Automate
Cloud flows that connect Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow and 1,000+ other systems. Cuts 60-80% of the manual handoffs in a typical SMB ops function. Already included in most Microsoft 365 plans.
AI inside flows
AI Builder
Pre-built AI models for document extraction, sentiment analysis, prediction and forms processing — invoked from inside Power Automate or Power Apps. Replaces 3-5 standalone AI SaaS tools for the same use cases.
Low-code applications
Power Apps
Custom internal apps — field service, intake forms, approval portals, inspection checklists — built in days instead of months. Includes mobile-ready offline support and granular role-based access.
AI agents
Copilot Studio
Build branded conversational agents over your SharePoint, Dataverse, CRM or knowledge base. Sits inside Teams, your website, or any channel. Replaces standalone chatbot platforms.
Unified data layer
Dataverse
A managed relational store with row-level security, auditing and lineage. The right backbone when your workflows outgrow SharePoint lists and Excel files but you’re not ready for a full ERP.
Production-grade practices
ALM + governance
Environments, solutions, DLP policies, managed identities — the unglamorous discipline that turns a citizen-developer experiment into a maintainable platform that doesn’t collapse when its author leaves.
Engagements
Four shapes of engagement, all fixed scope
Power Platform Audit
1 weekSMBs licensing the Power Platform but not sure what they’re running, who built it, or what it costs them.
- Inventory of all flows, apps, agents and connectors across environments
- Licence vs. utilisation gap analysis (PPU, premium connectors, AI Builder credits)
- Top 5 quick-win automation opportunities, ROI-sized
- Governance gaps and recommended DLP policies
Workflow Activation Sprint
4 weeksSMBs with one painful process ready to automate — ideally with a clear, named owner.
- One end-to-end Power Automate workflow in production
- Connected systems (Outlook, SharePoint, CRM, ERP, custom APIs)
- AI Builder embedded where it adds value (extraction, classification, sentiment)
- User documentation + 90-minute internal training session
- Measured baseline vs. post-launch metrics
Custom Power App Build
4–8 weeksSMBs replacing a clunky spreadsheet or expensive SaaS tool with a tailored internal app.
- Power App (canvas or model-driven) with role-based security
- Dataverse schema with audit + lineage
- Embedded Power Automate flows for notifications and integrations
- ALM pipeline (dev → test → prod) so changes don’t break in production
- Handover to a named internal owner
Copilot Studio Agent
3–6 weeksSMBs whose customer-facing or internal-knowledge workload would benefit from a 24/7 conversational agent.
- One Copilot Studio agent grounded on your SharePoint / Dataverse / knowledge base
- Channel deployment (Teams, web, custom)
- Escalation handoff flow to a human agent
- Topic authoring + content governance pattern
- Usage analytics dashboard
How we work
Six principles, applied every engagement
We start with what you already pay for.
Most SMBs are sitting on 60–80% of the Power Platform capability they need, unused. Before we recommend new licences, we map what’s in your tenant — environments, flows, apps, AI Builder credits — and surface the activation gap. That conversation alone has paid for the engagement on more than one project.
We pick one process, finish it, then talk about the second.
The fastest way to lose momentum on a Power Platform programme is to start six things and finish none. We ship one workflow into production, measure the impact, then decide together what’s next. No expanding scope without an exit-criteria conversation.
We build for the person who inherits it.
Citizen-developer flows that nobody else can read are technical debt. We use naming conventions, solution-based ALM, environment variables, and managed identities so that when your internal lead takes over — and they will — they don’t inherit a mystery.
AI Builder gets used where it earns its keep.
AI Builder is fantastic for document extraction, classification and sentiment — and overkill for "send a Teams message when this thing happens." We use it where the embedded model genuinely beats a deterministic flow, and not as a marketing checkbox.
Governance comes in lightly but it does come in.
No 40-page CCoE deck. But every environment we touch gets a baseline DLP policy, a connector allowlist, and a named owner. Without that, the platform becomes a shadow IT mess in 18 months.
We hand over and step back.
Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary. By the end of an Activation Sprint your internal lead is editing flows in front of us, comfortable. We come back for the next workflow when there is one — not because we’re billing hours.
FAQ
Common questions
Do we need a Power Platform premium licence to do useful AI work?
Sometimes. Standard Power Automate inside Microsoft 365 covers a lot of basic workflow automation. Premium connectors, AI Builder, custom connectors, and Power Apps per-app plans need premium licensing. We’ll tell you exactly what each opportunity needs before you buy anything.
How is this different from hiring a Power Platform developer?
We’re not a staff-aug shop. We do scoped engagements that ship a specific outcome and then transfer ownership to your team. If you need ongoing full-time development, hire a developer; if you need an external practitioner to design, build and hand over, hire us.
Can you migrate us off Zapier / Make / n8n to Power Automate?
Yes — and we have a documented playbook for it. Most SMBs save 40-60% on automation tooling spend by consolidating onto Power Automate they already licence, but the migration needs care because connector-by-connector behaviour differs subtly. We audit first, then propose a migration scope.
How does Copilot Studio compare to building an agent on Azure AI Foundry directly?
Copilot Studio is the right answer when you need a branded conversational agent over enterprise content quickly, with low-code authoring and built-in channel deployment. Azure AI Foundry is the right answer when you need fine control over model selection, retrieval, evals, and code-level extensibility. We help you pick — and sometimes the answer is both.
What if our team has tried Power Platform before and given up?
That’s actually our most common starting point. The "abandoned flows graveyard" usually exists because nobody owned the governance, the naming, or the ALM. We don’t rebuild what’s working; we audit, archive what’s dead, and bring the survivors into a maintainable solution.
