Why prompts behave the way they do
If you remember one idea: a prompt is a description of the output you want, not a question you ask. A customer-success lead gets better results the moment they switch from "answer this" to "produce this artifact, in this shape, for this audience."
Today you will rewrite one prompt you already use. Same task, but described as an artifact.
